The Mountain Bike Group rides the second Saturday of every month, weather permitting. Although all skill/experience levels are welcome, participation in this group does require basic supplies and equipment. This is a great opportunity to ride through the mountains, enjoying God's handiwork, while building relationships with other riders.

Brookwood offers a variety of Yoga classes throughout the year, ranging from beginner to intermediate. Our current instructor teaches in the lyengar style of yoga, with a focus on alignment and self-healing measures. Classes usually run from 6 weeks at a time, and are great for slowing down, gaining flexibility, and connecting with God.

The Hiking Group usually hits the trails the first Saturday of each month. Hikes range from beginner to quite strenuous, so use the day hike checklist to make sure you're prepared. The group usually meets early to hike, then heads home early to mid-afternoon. When a hike is open for registration, all the details (date, destination, time to meet, etc.) will be provided on the events page. If you have questions, please email [email protected]. Mens Basketball Leagues run for 8-10 weeks in the Spring and Fall. Leagues are based on the ages of those who register. This year we are hoping for 18+, late twenties-thirties, and 40+. Games are on either Tuesdays or Thursdays, and usually start with a couple of open gym nights to help guys connect and for teams to be formed. Look for registration to be open in February and July for upcoming seasons.
