Jesus at the Center of Christmas

This Christmas, we encourage everyone to ATTEND, GIVE and SERVE as we put Jesus at the Center of Christmas.

Your generous donations of new toys, gift cards and everyday essentials like home goods, clothes and shoes will bless families and individuals this season. Your help is essential, and you can make a real difference by volunteering at events like Wonderland, Days of Serving and our Christmas Eve services. Explore the giving and serving options below and discover how you can personally put Jesus at the Center of your Christmas.

Invite your family and friends to a Candlelight Christmas Eve Service with a message by Senior Pastor Bryan Jones.

  • BrookwoodKiDs is available for children birth–Grade 5.
  • Special Friends and overflow venues will meet upstairs.
  • Please plan to arrive early.

Wonderland

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 11 • SATURDAY, DECEMBER 12

Join us for our Christmas event designed to bring joy and wonder to our Community, Brookwood Families and Special Friends Ministry! This event is designed for our young friends, from our tiniest tots (birth) to 17 years old. To ensure a safe and joyful adventure for everyone, all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Enjoy visiting with Santa, creating crafts, engaging in fun activities and visiting the petting zoo. Make unforgettable memories with family and friends at this enchanting event. Be sure to plan for this delightful Christmas experience!

GIVE

Giving to the Ministry Plan

If you'd prefer not to give a physical gift or to donate through one of our other Christmas options, you can give directly to Brookwood's Ministry Plan. Your gift will be used where needed most to support the ongoing ministry of Brookwood Church as we impact our community and reach people around the world by sharing the Good News of Jesus and providing needed resources and support throughout the year.

Generations Group (GG)

Give hope to a boy at GG by stopping by Ministry Spotlight and picking up a card for one or more Christmas wishes. Bring your unwrapped gift in a gift bag, and return it to the GG collection box in the Concourse.

Operation Christmas Child (OCC)

Share the love of Jesus by filling shoe boxes with gifts that will be delivered to children across the globe. Stop by the North and South entrances of the Concourse to pick up a shoe box.

Sponsor a family that's experiencing challenging financial circumstances this Christmas by providing wrapped gifts, gift cards and prayers.

Help Feed a Family

Many in our Brookwood Family struggle to provide food, gas, and basic necessities. You can make a difference by donating a Walmart gift card in $25 increments.

Place your gift card in an envelope labeled “Care Department” and drop it off with our receptionist by Friday, December 18.

Greenville County Foster Parent Association

Help us support foster families through the Greenville County Foster Parent Association.

There are an estimated 425 foster children in Greenville County, and your generosity will go directly to them—so each child can experience the joy of choosing something special this Christmas.

You can make a difference by: in two simple ways:

  • Provide a Financial Gift
    Your gift will be used to purchase gift cards for foster children.

    Give

  • Dropping off a Gift Card
    Donate a $25, $50, or $100 gift card from Amazon and place it in the mailbox next to the Ministry Spotlight desk.

    • Every gift—big or small—helps bring encouragement, hope, and joy to the Greenville County foster children this season.

    Gift collection ends Sunday, November 29.

SERVE

Brookwood Church • Day of Serving

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 21

Prepare the church for the Christmas season by decorating the Concourse, assembling crafts for Wonderland, or assembling candles for Christmas Eve Services. Come help us prepare the church for the Christmas season! We’ll be decorating the concourse and hallways, preparing items for Wonderland, and assembling candles for the Christmas Eve services

After the Christmas season, join others in disassembling and packing Christmas decorations for next year.

This is a family-friendly activity. Children ages 13 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Operation Christmas Child • National Collection Week

MONDAY–MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16–23

Brookwood Church is a Central Drop-off Site for Operation Christmas Child. As a Central Drop-off site, we'll collect shoebox gifts from the community and prepare the boxes for shipping. During this week, there are many opportunities to help. This event is family-friendly. Children ages 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
