Join us for a fun and meaningful Swap & Shop event. Donate up to 15 gently loved high-quality items and be part of a shopping experience where your contributions turn into something new for you!
As a registered donor, you will receive vouchers when you drop off your items as a thank-you. Use the vouchers to shop at the Swap on Saturday, June 27. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. You will ALSO have an opportunity to browse and shop for new, unique items created by local vendors.
- The Swap & Shop will be housed inside South Campus, where you can redeem your vouchers.
- The Vendor Market will be set up outside on the soccer field, where each vendor will accept payment individually.
Look for simple instructions for tagging and preparing your items, a pricing guide and a tag template you can print in your confirmation email.
Each donor may donate up to 15 items. Item Requirements:
- All clothing must be in excellent condition, freshly laundered, free of holes or stains and on hangers.
- All shoes must be odor-free and in new or gently used condition (little to no wear, scuffs or heavy damage).
- Accessories must be clean and fully functional.
- Toys, housewares, home décor, seasonal items, tools, hobbies/crafts and self-care items with multiple pieces must include all pieces and the pieces must be contained and labeled in a Ziploc bag. All pieces must be clean and fully functional.
- Books must have the binding intact and no missing pages.
- No used makeup, lotions, soap or similar hygiene items will be accepted.
Item Drop Off Designated Times:
- Thursday, June 25 • 5–8:30 pm at South Campus.
- Friday, June 26 • 9 am–Noon at South Campus.
After the Swap and Shop event on Saturday, June 27, all remaining items will be donated to local ministries, so bless with your best!
This is not a yard sale, but a thoughtfully curated event that invites generosity, community and a little refresh for your wardrobe or home.
