Switch is having Nerf Wars! Switch students and their friends are invited to battle.

For students who will have completed grades 4–5 by June 4.

STUDENT MINISTRY SUMMER FUN RELEASE FORM

A Release form is required for each student participating in at least one Summer Fun activity. You only need to complete one (1) waiver for all Summer Fun activities.
