Our Purpose
Monday Night Soup offers a mix of classes for those facing life circumstances who need a little nourishment for their soul. Monday Night Soup consists of support groups, life skills classes, and therapeutic groups. Most classes are low-cost or free, and usually last from 8 - 13 weeks and are typically offered in the fall and spring.

Life Skill Classes
Life Hurts God Heals (LHGH) is specifically for students who have experienced pain or addiction including drinking, cutting, pornography, eating disorders, troubled family dynamics, etc. Life Hurts God Heals is an eight-step group targeted specifically for students in middle school through high school students, and is based on the beatitudes from the Bible. This curriculum provides lifelong tools for students dealing with unresolved hurt and pain.

Making Peace with Your Past is a class to help women identify, understand, and come to terms with feelings and problems of growing up in a dysfunctional family.

Support Groups
Divorce Care for Men and Women offers a healthy recovery process within a safe and secure environment for those who are divorced.

Hope for the Separated for Women is a place of compassion, connection, encouragement and spiritual guidance for women in varying stages of marital separation.

Hope for the Separated for Men is for men in varying stages of marital separation. Men meet together to encourage, support, and pray with each other as they face the struggles of separation.

Forever Families celebrates adoption and is for people considering, in the process of, or who have completed adoption.

The Christy Ruppert Delseni Autism Program is a support group for young adults, ages 18-30, who experience Autistic Spectrum Disorders, and for their parents/caregivers. The young adults meet with their facilitators in a private group setting. Parents/caregivers meet simultaneously in a different room to address their concerns and issues.

Divorce Care for Kids is a special group to help children heal from the pain caused by a separation or divorce. DC4K provides children with a safe and neutral place to recognize and learn to share their feelings. DC4K is a powerful ministry for kids 5 – 12 years of age.

Parrott’s Pals offers education, counseling, and companionship to children dealing with a loved one’s terminal illness or death. Parrott’s Pals helps peers form relationships through therapist guided activities and play. It also provides a library of educational resources to help guide parents through the tough discussions of illness and death.

Celebrate Life: Grief Recovery Group is a grief support group that allows an avenue of open sharing and support as we learn from one another how to process our own grief and help encourage those around us suffering from grief. This group is focused on those who are facing loss from sudden death or terminal illness. Whether your loved one has just died, you are anticipating a death, or you have grief from the past, you will find this group very helpful.

Remarried Couples is a support group for couples who may or may not have children or blended families with children/stepchildren. The uniqueness of our group is that we can all relate to many difficulties of being a blended family. Because of this we are able to help each family resolve issues that are common to remarried couples.
