It’s not about how gifted and talented you are, it is about how God will use you to make a difference in the lives of many people including your own!

Mission trip opportunities in 2010
Water of Life Mission Trips
May 4 - 15, August 10 - 21, and November 2 - 13
Water of Life will be taking teams to Liberia to provide clean water, medical attention, children’s ministry and Bible teaching. Roland Bergeron will lead these teams. Adults in good physical condition with the ability to withstand rigorous work and tropical heat are invited to join us. The cost for this trip is approximately $3,500 per person.

Liberia Mission Trip
February 21 - March 6, 2010
Nick Nalepa will be heading up a trip to Liberia, West Africa. This trip will be rescheduled.

Mexico Mission Trip
June 5 - 12, 2010
This trip has been rescheduled to June 5 - 12, 2010 (formally March 27 - April 3). Team leader Gene Chavis will be leading a team to Miguel Aleman, Mexico. There will be opportunities to support a vision clinic, VBS, and construction. The cost of this trip is $1200 per person. Spaces are still available for this trip.

Kentucky Mission Trips
May and October, 2010
John Howard and Charlie Dieterich will be leading mission trips to Kentucky. Adults 18 and older who are willing to perform light construction, maintenance and cleaning will have the opportunity to be a blessing to needy families. The cost for this trip is $200 per person. Places still available for the May 19 - 22, 2010 Mission team. Contact Karen Matthew, 688.8307.

Family Mission Trip
June 20 - 25, 2010
Families with elementary-age children and older will have the opportunity to work in hands-on ministry in Helen, GA. Missions activities include prayer walking, light construction, painting, yard work, VBS, sports camps, block parties, acts of kindness and other evangelism events. The cost for this trip is $250 per person.

VisionTrust Mission Trip
August 4 - 11, 2010
Brookwood will be sending a team to the Dominican Republic to work with VisionTrust under the leadership of Andy Patterson. Families and high school youth will assist VisionTrust with a summer camp for children. This could be a great opportunity to spend quality time with your sponsored child, see where your child lives, and share the love of Jesus. The cost for this trip is approximately $1,400 per person.

Amazon River Mission Trip
August 2010
Stu Lenning will be leading an Amazon River mission trip to Peru to provide medical ministry and Bible teaching to adult and children. You must be in excellent physical condition to participate due to strenuous travel, primitive living conditions, and extreme tropical heat. The cost for this trip is approximately $2,000.

Ecuador Mission Trip
October 7 - 15 2010
A team of adults will be returning to Ecuador under the leadership of Kelly Shealy. There will be opportunities to work in the café ministry, participate in English classes, and interact with college students. Musicians are encouraged to go on this trip to help provide worship music and entertainment in the café. The cost for this trip is approximately $1,600.
