Food Ministry
Helping Families-In-Need
During these tough economic times, we all know someone who is struggling. The Brookwood Food Ministry offers the opportunity for you to provide food to a family member, friend or neighbor who is experiencing difficulties. For a $25 donation, you can provide a food package consisting of several meals, snacks, fresh produce, dairy items and dessert.
- Brookwood Food Ministry volunteers shop locally to find the best prices on the items needed.
- Food packages are assembled and distributed to families once a month.
- Individuals are encouraged reach out and personally deliver their food donation to families they choose to help.
- However, if you wish, recipients can pick up their food packages during the designated distribution time.
Brookwood Food Ministry is now taking donations. Please click HERE to view the accepted food list. Donations are accepted on Sunday mornings at the Food Ministry window in the concourse.
