Facility Request Form - Schools

Our goal in opening our doors to the community is to provide space for local public schools and make it possible for them to host events that might not have been possible otherwise. Please understand that, depending on the complexity of the event, it may be necessary to charge a fee for expenses incurred.

All requests will be reviewed and, depending upon availability, a determination will be made if we can accommodate the request. As a rule, we cannot reserve space more than six months before an event is scheduled to occur.

Please note:  Facilities cannot be rented for commercial use.
