Facility Request Form - Schools and Law Enforcement

Our goal in opening our doors to the community is to provide space for local public schools, law enforcement and social justice organizations to host events that might not have been possible otherwise. Because we receive many requests to use our facilities, we can only consider events that align with Brookwood Beliefs, the Brookwood Mission, Vision and Values, fit within the current facility schedule, and aren't associated with the sale of any products or services. Please understand depending on the complexity of the event, it may be necessary to charge a fee for expenses incurred.

All requests will be reviewed and, depending upon availability, a determination will be made if we can accommodate the request. As a rule, we cannot reserve space more than six months before an event is scheduled to occur.

Please note:  Facilities cannot be rented for commercial use.
