BrookwoodKiDs | K3 – Grade 1
Preschool – Grade 1
our vision is for all kids to know jesus and to be known personally
Our prayer for your Preschooler – Lower Elementary is that their faith in Jesus will ignite into a spark
so they can experience the fusion
of believers as they move into their elementary years.
Spark is an environment for children in K3–Grade 1 to begin learning about Jesus on Sunday mornings. Through exciting curriculum
your child will begin learning four basic truths at his/her age level through singing, story time, and small group activities. These truths are:
- God Made Me.
- God Loves Me.
- Jesus Wants to Be My Friend Forever.
Children in Spark are introduced to the excitement of large group worship through singing and dancing for the first time.
They'll also hear exciting Bible stories and learn monthly Bible verses as well as the four basic truths. Small group leaders build off the energy and excitement of large group and reinforce lessons through fun activities.
If you’re new to Spark, we invite you to request a tour and get to know us. We're also happy to answer any questions you have.
Adventure Week is a fun-filled, energized, Christ-centered week for children in grades K5–4. Each half-day starts with a large group worship experience followed by activities grouped by age.

We look forward to partnering with you in your spiritual journey as a family. One of the most exciting and beautiful ways we do this is through our Parent/Child Dedication. As parents, you set the foundation for your child’s spiritual journey by how you live your lives.
The Parent/Child Dedication Class gives you practical tools to guide you along in your family’s spiritual journey. Our passion is to equip you to raise your kids for God. That’s a big job and we’re here to help.
After taking the class, families celebrate their commitment in the Parent/Child Dedication Ceremony! During the ceremony our family pastor encourages and challenges parents, dedication sponsors and families to become living examples of faith for their children to follow. Each family also has the opportunity to share the life verse and dedication letter they have written for their child.
A light reception follows the ceremony to celebrate this exciting day with your family and friends.
