The Deaf Ministry provides interpreting every Sunday, during the 10:30 am service, as well as for other requested church events. Sermon scripts are also provided, and FM systems are available.
In addition to interpreting songs or sermon during 10:30 am worship service, volunteers are needed to make copies of and hand out scripts and set up the chair for the interpreter. Interpreters do not need to be certified, but should be fairly fluent in sign language already. Minimal training is needed for the other jobs.
If you are interested in volunteering with the Deaf Ministry, please contact Linda Snow-Moors, 864.616.7268.
